This place was so beautiful, no filter was needed for this pic. It also felt so nice being able to do Pilates barefoot in the grass. This time around I decided to demonstrate The Saw. This exercise looks easy, but there's lots going on...
First, you're using your obliques, erector spinae, transversus abdominis, and semispimalis. These muscles allow you to turn and stretch forward and enables you to articulate your spine.
Second, this is a great hamstring stretch. After riding horses all day this was much needed! Btw I decided to keep my hands up, but you're welcome to relax both hands on the ground.
